It is about 5 minutes walk from Takayama Station. Immediately turn left after exiting the Norikura Exit (East Exit), turn right at the first Takayama Ekikita traffic light, and walk along Kokubunji Street for about 2-3 minutes. Turn left at the second “Kokubunji Higashi” traffic light and go ahead about 20 meters. The white two-story building on the right is Tanyaporn Hotel.

○ If you would like to register your phone number in your car navigation system, you can dial 0577-32-8700 to arrive right in front of our hotel. (This is the number for “Hotel Hana” across from our hotel)

(Parking)
*Please let us know in advance if you have a car.
From September 2023, our hotel’s private parking lot has changed from a reservation system to a first-come, first-served basis.
There is a private parking lot for 3 cars in front of the hotel across the road. (No. 12, 13, 14)
*Customers who made reservations before September 2023 will be given priority parking.
*If you use the parking lot, you can use up to 3 cars on a first-come, first-served basis. Please park your car at an available number and let us know if you will be using it.
In addition, please be sure to let us know your car number and model.
*Please do not park at a number that has a board that says “For reservations only.” (This parking lot is for customers who have made reservations before September 2023.)
*No. 15 is a no-parking area. Please note that if it is determined that you have violated manners, you may be subject to penalties or fines.
If the private parking lot is full, there are two public parking lots (coin parking, outdoor, height restriction) located about 1 minute walk from our hotel: (1) Meitetsu Kyosho P and (2) Paraca P. None).
Depending on the time of use, both can be used for around 1,000 yen per night (1 night at night, e.g. from 18:00 to 8:00), so we recommend that you use that. , please.
(How to enter the room)
When you arrive, there is a key entry screen installed on the entrance door to your room, so press your 4-digit PIN number, press “E” and then lower the door lever to open it. To lock the door from the outside, press E and then lower the lever to lock it.

We will send you further information via this message approximately 2-3 days before your arrival. On the day of your arrival, please check your room number and PIN before entering the room.
(Check in Check out)
○ Check-in is possible anytime after 3pm.
*We would appreciate it if you could let us know your approximate check-in time in advance.
*If you arrive before the check-in time of 15:00, please refrain from entering the room without permission.

○ Please check out by 10am the next day.
If your check-out time is inevitably after 10:00, please let us know. Late check-out is available for 1,000 yen per hour. Cleaning staff usually enters the room after 10 o’clock.

(Amenity)
Since our hotel is condominium-style, we have installed only the minimum necessary items.
Unlike regular hotels, we do not provide toothbrushes, razors, bathrobes, etc. We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you need it, please prepare it yourself.
(Laundry room)
There are two coin-operated washing machines and dryers next to the reception on the 1st floor. You can wash your clothes for about 300 yen for 15 minutes, and use the dryer for 10 minutes for 10 minutes (normally 300 yen for about 30 minutes). Please help us turn off the lights in your room when you leave.
(Method of payment for accommodation fee)
・If you wish to pay for your stay in advance, you do not need to go through any check-in procedures, so please enter your room directly.
・If you wish to pay on-site, please deposit the money in cash into the white case on the dining table in your room.
*The white case has “Parking Fee Collection Box” written on it, but all payments are accepted using this white case.
(Nearest supermarket)
Family Store Sato, located in front of Miyagawa, about a 3-minute walk after turning left on Kokubunji Street, has all kinds of daily necessities and groceries, and is open from 9:00 to 20:00 every day.
(Nearby restaurants)
There are many restaurants on Kokubunji Street, around Takayama Station (Hanasato Street), and Honmachi Street, which are just a few minutes walk away. In the area called Asahi-machi, there are many pubs and bars, and there is also a restaurant facility called Yatai Village.
